I walked for 30 minutes today.

1 Bowl of Frosted Mini-Wheats w/ Skim Milk
1 Salad with Cheese, Croutons and Light Catalina Dressing
1 Cup of Water
1 Scoop of Moose Tracks Ice Cream
4 Reduced Fat Oreos
1 Cup of Water
1 and 1/2 Chicken Breasts
2 Cups of Rice
1 Cup of Mixed Veggies
1 Cup of Water
1 Bag of Combos
