No surprise I didn't lose a pound after all the crap I ate yesterday. Today wasn't much better :/ It started out by having a big breakfast at Perkins with my mom and sis so the rest of the day was damage control mode from that. But I didn't do great at controlling it. Meh. I'll make tomorrow a better day.
