I decided I need to keep track of what I'm eating as well so from now on I will try to post EVERYTHING I eat in a day (good news for all you nosy people) ;) We were on the road this day traveling from North Carolina to Michigan so it was hard to eat well but I did o.k. It could have been worse.

1 Subway Steak/Cheese Sub
1 White Macadamia Nut Cookie
1/2 a Cup of Coca Cola
1 Bottle of Cheerwine
1/2 a Blueberry Muffin
1 Small Bag of Combos
1 Banana
2 Slices of Pizza
3 Carrots with Ranch Dip
1 Bottle of Cheerwine
1 Sugar Cookie

I am now 85 pounds away from my goal weight of 180. Yay! I've a long way to go but have made good progress so far. 6 pounds in 6 days.
